Description

Combinatorial Constructions Conference (CCC) is a conference on Combinatorics supported by the Croatian Science Foundation in scope of the project IP-2020-02-9752. It is scheduled for April 7-13, 2024 with talks from Monday (April 8) to Friday (April 12). The main topics include Design Theory, Finite Geometry, Graph Theory, Coding Theory, Cryptography, Algebraic Combinatorics, Finite Fields and their Applications.

Venue

The conference takes place at the Centre for Advanced Academic Studies (CAAS) in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Dubrovnik is a beautiful medieval city included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Accommodation

A limited number of participants can be accommodated in the CAAS Residence. Please make your reservation at your earliest convenience, preferably by e-mail (office@dormitory.hr). There are plenty of hotels, private rooms and apartments in Dubrovnik, but prices may be high. An affordable alternative is the nearby monastery that can be contacted by e-mail (samostan.dubrovnik@gmail.com). Regarding hotels, we recommend Hotel Lero which is about 15 minutes on foot from the conference venue. Information about other hotels is available from the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.

Registration and Fee

Please fill out the registration form. The conference fee is 380 EUR and covers conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches (served on-site Monday to Friday), a guided tour of Dubrovnik city center (Wednesday afternoon), and conference dinner (Wednesday evening). The fee includes the Dubrovnik 3-Day Pass covering free entrance to the city walls, museums, galleries, and 6 rides on public transportation. The fee for accompanying persons is 120 EUR and covers the guided tour (without Dubrovnik Pass) and conference dinner.

Data entered in the registration form under BILLING INFORMATION will appear on the invoice. After registration, we will contact you by e-mail with payment details. The deadline for registration is February 17, 2024.

Contributed Talks

Participants will have the opportunity to give 20-minute presentations. If you intend to give a talk, please email your abstract to ccc@math.hr using the following LaTeX template. The deadline for abstract submission is February 17, 2024.
