Description In recent years, there was a significant progress in understanding the automorphic representations of classical groups. The local counterpart desribes (a part) of unitary dual of classical p-adic groups. These themes intertwine and some other methods (Hecke-algebra considerations, theta correspondence etc.) also contribute, giving also another approach to similar problems for exceptional groups. In this workshop we want to tacle some of the new developments in this direction, and the emphasis is on the discussions on the possible perspectives.
