Hotel registration

The conference package registration is done in the following way. Please send an e-mail to the address sales@hoteladria.hr with the following information:

*Please note that the transfer is not included in the conference package.


The price of the conference package is 312€ and it covers:

  • conference fee
  • accommodation costs (5 days in the single room with full-board)
  • excursions to the National park Krka and to the city of Zadar
  • welcome drink
  • coffee breaks
  • conference dinner

The standard arrival time is Sunday, September 15, before dinner, registration will be on Sunday evening and Monday (September 16) morning, talks start on Monday morning and end on Friday afternoon, September 20.

The price for adult accompanying persons is 225€ which covers the accommodations costs for 5 days as well as the price of excursions and the conference dinner. If you wish to come earlier or stay longer, the price for each additional day is 40€ per person (including full board). Children younger than 7 years have free accommodation, the price for children between 7 and 11 years old is 20€ per child per day (with full board), and for older children the price is 28€ per child per day (with full board).

Please note that the conference package does not include sojourn tax which is 1€ per day per person for adults, 50c for children 12 or older, and free for younger children. The sojourn tax is payable at the hotel reception.

The rooms are equipped with wireless Internet which is included in the price.

For the arrival we recommend flying to the Zadar airport which is connected with more than 20 European cities (see http://www.zadar-airport.hr/en/destinations). From the main Croatian airport Zagreb there are two flights daily to Zadar.
