Abstract.   Recently S. Mardešić and the author considered iterated limits in the compact case. Using ANR-resolutions, they also generalized their results to non-compact spaces. This paper gives an analogous polyhedral result in the general case. More precisely, for a given resolution of a topological space, polyhedral resolutions of its terms are constructed in a way that one can organize them naturally to obtain a polyhedral resolution of the same space.
