Stability of vector bundles and isomophism of certain Cuntz-Pimsner algebras

It will be shown that, under certain assumptions, stably isomorphic vector bundles yield isomorphic Cuntz-Pimsner algebras; implications for the classification of continuous fields of Cuntz-Krieger algebras will be discussed.
